Jess Covello joined Jeff Fowler Insurance Services in April 2026. Born and raised in Paso Robles, California, Jess later moved to Chico to be closer to family.

Specializing in personal lines insurance, Jess helps clients protect what they’ve worked hard to build, from homes and vehicles to valuable possessions and more complex personal insurance needs. She understands that every client’s assets, lifestyle, and priorities are different and takes a personalized approach to finding comprehensive coverage that fits the full picture.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys traveling, wellness activities, and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs.
